Join us for a fun Saturday morning! Parents can enjoy a morning out while campers will have a blast learning a variety of yoga postures, playing engaging games to develop mindfulness, and creating crafts to help them bring their yoga practice home. Participants will learn meditation tools and breath techniques that they can apply in real world situations.
*Mats are provided. Please send a healthy snack and a water bottle.
